Your satisfaction is important to us. All ingredients and products used by Green Dragon Herbals® are 100% natural unless otherwise idenfitied. The following policy points will identify how we handle your information and orders.
Green Dragon Herbals® uses the United States Postal Service to ship our products. If you need special handling and shipping providers, we charge a handling fee of $15.00 per order.
Green Dragon Herbals' has a NO REFUND POLICY because many of our products are edible. We cannot resell products once they have been shipped.
Green Dragon Herbals® does accept wholesale clients. We have a minimum order requirement of $100.00. Not all products are available for wholesale; please contact us for information on which products are available. You will need to provide a copy of your state sales tax permit before we accept your company as a client.
